Putus oat beta-glucan (PS-OBG) is a plant polysaccharide consisting of beta-(1,4), beta-(1,3)-linked glucose with linear chemical structure and tri-tetrasaccharide ratio of 2:1.
Pullulan, a microbial polysaccharide consists of beta-(1,6), beta-(1,4)-linked maltotrioses, and both of them are branchless.
Dextran, a microbial polysaccharide consists of beta-(1,6), beta-(1,3)-linked glucose which has branches.
